How to Use
• Agaricus blazei Native Mushroom
in Capsules: Take 5–10 capsules, 4 times a day.
• Agaricus blazei Native Mushroom – Tablets:
Take 6–12 tablets, 4 times a day.
• Liquid Agaricus blazei Native Mushroom:
Take 1–3 tea spoons (5–15 ml). A measuring glass accompanies
the pack. Keep it in the fridge after being opened.
• Agaricus blazei Native Mushroom
– Dried: Hot tea (boiling infusion)
Add 20 or 30 grams of Agaricus blazei
Native (Dried Mushroom) into one litre
of cold water. Put it to boil. Then leave it on low
for at least 15 minutes. One litre of water provides 3
glasses of liquid (1/3 of the original volume), which
must be consumed within a maximum of 2 days and kept in
a thermos. When cold, consume within up to 12 hours.
Room temperature beverage (cold infusion)
Add 10–40 grams of Agaricus blazei
Native (Dried Mushroom) in a
container with half a litre of water. Add
lemon drops and leave it resting for 2–3 hours.
Add Agaricus blazei Native Dried Mushrooms
when cooking foods requiring longer cooking time
(in a pressure-cooker, for instance). The mushroom may
be cooked when cooking beans, sauces, soups, vegetable
stews, etc.
